THE RINGS CONSISTS OF 4 MOVIES OUT OF WHICH 3 CAME IN ORDER 1 AFTER ANOTHER WITH 1 YEAR GAP IN BETWEEN AND THE 4TH ONE CAME AFTER 12 YEARS WITH A BIT OF DIFFRENCE BUT SIMILAR STORYLINE
In the first three parts which were released in 2002,2004,and 2006 you will see that it is based around the concept of a mysterious and disturbing videotape which, when watched, prompts a ringing phone and seven days to live for the viewer unless the tape is passed on to someone else

And in the last part of the rings that came in 2017 you will see A young woman becomes worried about her boyfriend when he explores a dark subculture surrounding a mysterious videotape said to kill the watcher seven days after he has viewed it. She sacrifices herself to save her boyfriend and in doing so makes a horrifying discovery: there is a movie within the movie that no one has ever seen before.
And if u dont have enough time to watch the first three you can watch the 2017 one because its a complete new start from the previous one

IT MAY BE THE OLDEST MOVIE THAT YOU WILL SEE IN THIS LIST AS IT WAS RELEASEDD IN 1980 BUT IT IS ONE OF THE BEST IN TERMS OF STORYLINE AND CINEMATOGRAPHY
